Your Grace is Enough

I love the Lord's grace. I love how I can cry out to Him and He hears me- He delivers me....His grace is wonderful. It goes beyond our comprehension- it overflows, it's abundant- thank You Jesus. More and more grace!!!! If you have a relationship with the Lord- you will go through trials- and we are to consider it all joy when we go through them. There are times though when I find myself in the same trial- and I resort to past thinking. This is when I am in desperate need of my Father's grace. Thank Him that He will never leave or forsake me and therefore I can confidently say that He is my helper! In the midst of my trial- He is my helper! I trust in that! Cling to that! Then today I was encouraged by this verse, which reminds me of my dear college friend Danielle. Romans 15:13- may the God of all hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing so you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Did you catch that ending- not in and of ourselves, but BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. When I look too at how depression and anxiety can go together- I look back to the verse of joy and peace- the opposites of depression- that God gives us joy (by hoping in Him)- and anxiety- that God gives peace (by hoping in Him)- BY HIS POWER! Thank you Lord!
